MTS 22 Modular

This machine allows the orbital cut of copper tube, light alloys or steel, starting from the coil. The special pneumatic pull allows optimisation of the cut according to the pipe diameter and the exclusivity of the tuning system offers cuts of different diameters with a very short tooling time.

MTS 40

The pipe cutter machine uses an orbital blade to cut pipes in coils, without taking away any material, and performing the cut without chips and burr-free. The machine has a powerful pair of tearing clamps, which hold taut the part of the pipe to be cut, once the pre-established cutting depth has been reached the pipe falls away, separating and thus leaving the ends with no burring. The pipe, in bars or rolls, is moved forward by a carriage mounted on a CNC controlled electric axis. A round gripper blocks the pipe during movement and cutting, guaranteeing a firm but delicate grip.
