The multi-tube serpentine bender is an automatic machinery for processing Copper, Stainless steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Bundy etc. fed into the machine by a auxiliary MTS 22 orbital cutter.
The MTS 22 unloads the cut-to-lenght tubes on a hop-step transfer that brings the tubes to various additional process before the bending process, as for expample:
- Taping unit: this unit is used to bind and make compact the pipe coils together by the special adhesive tape. This activity is very useful when the products are more than 3 pcs. and very long (more than 1500mm).
- End-forming unit to achieve some deformations on both ends of the tube;
- Induction welding unit: to weld or braze the end of the pre cut to length tubes, before the bending cycle.
