Models
The expander is designed to expand finned heat exchangers in a horizontal position with an automatic working cycle. The 3 controlled axis are completely electric and are guided by an industrial PC which uses WIN® processor that guarantees the exact expansion length, movements between the rows of tubes and the right pitch translation.
The machine is capable to expand both hairpins and tubes, with both a push or pull system, according to the model and requirement of customer.
All programmes are memorized in the computer's hard disk.
The expander is made from robust electrowelded steel structure, floor tracks for side movements and a beam which has a sandwitch panel inside that guides the expansion rods and an expanding head which is available in four versions.
