Designed with a modular concept which makes it a versatile machine for excellence through the use of mechanical and electronic solutions of the last generation; all in perfect harmony then managed by dedicated software developed entirely by Soitaab.
The portal of LineaTech NOVA is double beam: a front transverse slide through the carriages on two linear guides are protected by a metal cover and arranged in L and a back support and reinforcement.
It follows that the LineaTech NOVA is the right response to the needs of various kinds of steel structures. In fact, starting from a basic configuration, this can be set up immediately or at a later time with extreme ease, with various devices such as; heads for cutting bevel with both plasma torch cutting heads for drilling and tapping up to ISO40, tool changes and markers of various types and others that can be examined specifically.
LineaTech NOVA is a longitudinal twin motors with brushless motors and drives to digital. The movement is achieved by mating pinion and rack tilted teeth and a recovery device with spring preload games. The engines are absolute that is held in memory even when the position of the machine is switched off; very useful for long lengths which do not require the operation of the homing switch on the machine.
An optional rack with helical teeth on the longitudinal axis and runways formed by longitudinal linear recirculation ball.
Lineatech NOVA covers cutting widths up to 8.000 mm and lengths up to 80.000 mm.
In oxyfuel, the LineaTech NOVA employs a system of distribution of gas through proportional valves fully managed by CNC which together with the data base of the cutting parameters, make the fully automatic adjustment of pressures and flows of oxygen cutting, heating and gas cutting.
The oxy-fuel torches are available with automatic ignition, capacitive probes internal or external to the automatic height control. In plasma, and where available, the automatic management of gas is ensured interfacing with various systems and the CNC. The data base of the cutting parameters developed by Soitaab ensures a high quality of cut on the pieces cut and holes with perfect precision.
The SOITAAB CNC numerical control and monitor the interactive menu with “touch screen“ color, as the standard has a library of 78 figures fixed parameter, in addition to the database of the various technologies used on the machine where it is provided a rich archive of technological parameters heritage Soitaab and the result of years of experience. LineaTech NOVA+: Same features of NOVA with the difference to have a beam further reinforced for the application of drilling head ISO50.
