SER 121

The mono-tube serpentine bender Mod. SER 121 works 1 tube at a time, automatically fed into the machine by an auxiliary MTS 22 orbital cutter and can run tubes made from Copper, Stainless steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Bundy, etc.

The LEFT / RIGHT bending operation are performed wiht bending rollers.

At the end of the automatic working cycle the operator takes care of the unloading of the serpentines. Upon request, unloading can be automatic.

Optionals:

- Double bending head: suitable to bend AISI or Fe tubes with thicknesses >0,5 mm or for big productivity;
- Rotating table to support the serpentines while bending;
- Pusher system for the automatic evacuation of the finished serpentines from the work table of the bender;
- End-forming unit to achieve some deformations on both ends of the tube;
