Two 10 HP, 3 phase soft start high efficiency motors to drive both brushes
One 1 HP Inverter drive motor to drive the chain to transport tubes
One set of hand wheels adjustment for centering the brushes to the center of the tube
One set of hand wheels for fine length adjustment and wear compensation of the brushes.
One hand wheel for length adjustment of the carriage on cam followers of the movable brush with tightening screw for lock purpose.
Notched guide rails for rotating square and rectangular tubes,
One set of steel wire brushes,
(300mm OD x 120mm ID x 445 mm long - wire size 38mm).
Suitable for round tube diameter from ½” to 4 inches and also including various square and rectangular sizes, length for 6 to 120 inches.
Production rate up to 2000 pieces per hour.
Brush life up to 500,000 parts dependant on cut quality and length tolerance/repeatability
