SYNTHESIS 166 SYNTHESIS 226
SYNTHESIS 166

The tube bender SYNTHESIS is mainly used for bending light metal and steel tubes, pre cut to length, without burrs.  Moreover it can bend hybrid tubes with deformations on both ends. The principle of this machine is the synchronized movement of six controlled axes. All these movements are totally electric and controlled by brushless motors. This version performs all the curves without the aid of a mandrel.

The version SYNTHESIS 166 CA has 7 or 8 controlled axes, depending upon the bending process  and utilizes a mandrel to achieve reduced bending radii.

The most considerable advantages are the following:

  • Left and right bending process;
  • Multi-radii bending;
  • Reduced power consumption;
  • Drastic reduction of the noise level;
  • Product quality not influenced by thermal excursion factors;
  • Low maintenance;
  • Optimization of acceleration and deceleration ramps by PC with consequent movement smoothness.

SYNTHESIS 226

The mandrel tube bending machine model  SYNTHESIS 226 is mainly used for bending non ferrous alloys and ferrous metal tubes, pre cut-to-length without burrs.

The principle of this machine is the synchronized movement of six electric controlled axes. All these movements are totally electric.

The sixth and seventh are the two optional controlled  axes, for changing the bending radius and for obtaining the Left and Right bending directions. Both these are done in cycle, provided that the tube diameter remains the same.

The eight electricaxis is used, only of optioned,  to control the movements of the internalmandrel,which permit high quality bends.

This version performs the curves with mandrel.

The  most important advantages of this electric model are the following:

  • Reduced power consumption;
  • Low noise level;
  • Product quality not conditioned by thermal excursion;
  • Reduced maintenance;
  • Optimized setting of acceleration and deceleration ramps;

Additional options:

  • punching with die;
  • the machinery can be put in line with a cutting machine starting from coil;
  • cut-to-length tube dispenser with revolving loader;
  • anthropomorphic ROBOT.
